Design and Display

The Vivo iQOO Z6x is an excellent smartphone, and Vivo also released the Vivo iQOO Z6 recently. It is a sub-brand of Vivo that focuses primarily on performance. With a robust hardware combination and appealing software, the iQOO Z6X phone has everything you need for a successful experience.

A notched selfie camera is on the 6.58-inch iQOO Z6x mobile phone, and two cameras on the back and one on the front make up the iQOO Z6x’s edge-to-edge display. As far as design options are concerned, you can choose from Black, Blue, or Orange, with a square camera module on the back. If you want something fancy, organs have a decent appearance and feel even better. A black and blue organ, on the other hand, gives a decent look and is more attractive if you are looking for something more extravagant.

Vivo’s smartphone has a resolution of 1080 x 2408, so it is perfect for watching TV shows and movies. In addition, the device has a screen-to-body ratio of over 84.5%. Its dimensions are 6.45 x 2.96 x 0.37 inches, and it weighs 7.20 ounces (204 grams). With the iQOO Z6x smartphone, you can insert a Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). The back and frame are made of plastic, while the front is made of glass. Overall, this phone comes with average build quality due to its plastic construction, but it also doesn’t come with additional protection.

 Memory and Internal

Based on Origin OS Oceans, you can customize several features. You will see some bloatware apps in this ecosystem. Finally, let’s talk about the internal storage of the Vivo IQOO Z6x smartphone. As part of the basic version, the company provides 6GB RAM with 128GB of UFS 2.2 memory. The higher version includes 8GB RAM with 128GB to 256GB of storage, none of which is expandable.

Because the Vivo iQOO Z6x mobile phone falls in the affordable 5G segment, we won’t recommend any particular performance experience. It is therefore possible the company may reduce the performance aspect to some degree. This phone will not have such issues because it is equipped with a MediaTek MT6833P processor with a Dimensity 810 chipset. Users should not have trouble doing their daily tasks.

In comparison with the normal graphics unit of the Vivo iQOO Z6x, it is not recommended for games like Genshin Impact or Call of Duty. These require a higher level of visual performance. The hardware, however, won’t cause trouble if you just want to casually play those games. Since the phone does not have a proper cooling system, long gaming sessions could also result in heating issues. On the software end, the Android 11 interface is disappointing.

Camera

Even as an entry-level smartphone camera manufacturer, Vivo is able to produce impressive results. Vivo is well known for its flagship phones, especially its camera technology. As a result of its dual camera setup, the Vivo iQOO Z6x smartphone offers excellent camera results. However, due to the fact that the dual camera module does not include an ultra-wide lens, the dynamic range is limited. The camera island on the phone comes with a standard 50MP primary lens that offers adequate color saturation and immersive contrast when taking daylight photos.

With two circular modules on the rear and one LED flash, the Vivo iQOO Z6x smartphone has a comprehensive camera setup. A 50MP f/1.8, (wide) PDAF main camera and a 2MP f/2.4, (macro) camera are located on the right side, along with a volume rocker button and a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button. In bright lighting conditions, the rear cameras of the Vivo iQOO Z6x smartphone produce decent image quality with accurate colors and sharp detail.

Additionally, the iQOO Z6x offers decent low-light photography with comparatively less noise. The 2MP macro lens also makes for excellent close-up shots, while the image processing unit ensures excellent portrait photos. Aside from the native camera, the front display also features an 8MP, f/2.0, (wide) selfie lens, which offers fine details, improved resolution, filters, and different modes.

In addition to enhancing background colors with AI beauty mode, the selfie camera takes decent photos. The result is a social media-ready photo that can be shared without restriction. Furthermore, you can record videos up to 1080p. However, video stabilization is not available.

Battery and Others

Vivo’s iQOO Z6x smartphone has a 6000 mAh battery, which is over 1000 mAh more powerful than the iQOO Z6. You can indulge in your daily activities by charging the device once a day for up to 7+ hours of screen time. Plus, the 44W fast charger looks like the cherry on top. Even if you’re a heavy user, you will still be able to gain more screen time. Due to its huge battery size, you’ll have to wait for up to an hour and 50 minutes to reach 100% battery charge. As for security features, it has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the power button, along with a 3.5-mm jack port. A Vivo iQOO Z6x with 5G connectivity and a few other perks can be purchased for $176 (Rs. 14,499 in India).
