There has been a new software update available for Samsung’s budget phone Galaxy A12. The update fixes some security issues with the phone as well as improves its overall performance. Users in India have access to the update.

With the most recent software update, the phone now has firmware version A127FXXU5BVF2 and the June 2022 security patch. 66 issues (according to source) and improvements are addressed in the new update. This update should improve system stability. However, the update is only available for this model number of the Galaxy A12 (the older version uses a different processor).

As previously reported, Samsung’s Galaxy A12 “Nacho” received the Android 12 system update and One UI version 4.1, which introduced several enhanced features, including “Color Palette,” a feature modeled after “Material You.” ” In addition, Samsung also redesigned some of its own apps and widgets in the update.

Simply open the Settings app, choose “Software Update”, then “Download and Install” to see if your phone is eligible. The phone will then attempt to find and install the latest update.
